Chef Natalie di GiuseppeOver the years I have taught many courses of all types, including ELT, teacher training, workshops on natural cosmetics, soap making and many others but my favourite by far has to be the Greek Vegetarian Cooking Course at Kalikalos. This year we will be making our own homemade bread baked in a wood oven, sun drying tomatoes, rolling out fllo pastry and some mainstays of Greek vegetarian cuisine such as mousaka, yemista and taziki as well as some less usual dishes such as vine leaves with bulgur and mint.
