Rachel specializes in working with people who are ready to explore self-awareness and self-acceptance practices through yoga techniques and the lens of current psychological research.She is a compassionate yoga therapist, a grounded yoga teacher and a strong AcroYogi. She enjoys connecting with her students using the mental and physical benefits of yoga, especially when the practice is taken off the mat into everyday life.She is a 500 hour RYT, registered yoga teacher and 1000 hour Integrated Movement Therapy Practitioner (IMT) and a partner yoga/acrobatics teacher.
