Since 1990 Paul who is based in Ireland has enjoyed a very fulfilling teaching career in the area of stress management/ work life balance and mindfulness in the School of Business in University College Dublin from which he is presently on career break. In 2004 he branched out into a career in holistic health. He has studied in Ireland, Britain, Germany, Greece and China and is qualified in a range of therapies including acupuncture, cranialsacral therapy, and wellbeing coaching.

Over the last 10 years he has also facilitated many courses on stress management, wellbeing and mindfulness both for organisations and for groups of individuals. He has also treated many patients for sports injuries, and for stress related conditions such as sleep deprivation, irritable bowel syndrome and migraines. He is passionate about promoting and coaching people to better health and a better life and will be offering the following treatments tailored to each individual:


Acupuncture is an indispensable part of traditional Chinese Medicine and has a history of 4,000 years and is now used widely in clinical practice. The treatment consists of inserting thin needles into specific acupuncture points along a particular meridian. It can be used to restore balance to physical and mental health and is especially applicable to the treatment of musculoskeletal and soft tissue injuries and to help conditions such as headaches, digestive disorders and mental health issues such as anxiety and stress.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on therapy that is applied to the soft tissues related to the central nervous system. It can relieve pain and dysfunction as well as improve whole body health by releasing restrictions in the soft tissues and fluid that protect your brain and spinal cord. It allows the body to relax and self-correct and can be used to relieve a full spectrum of impairments including Migraines, Headaches, Chronic Neck and Back Pain and Chronic Fatigue.

Wellbeing Coaching:

He integrates the above treatments with visualisation and breath work techniques and also uses the mediums of singing, dancing and humming to coach people to help them improve their own health and to allow them drive on their own life.
