He has also treated many patients for sports injuries, and for stress related conditions such as sleep deprivation, irritable bowel syndrome and migraines. He is passionate about promoting and coaching people to better health and a better life and will be offering the following treatments tailored to each individual:
Acupuncture is an indispensable part of traditional Chinese Medicine and has a history of 4,000 years and is now used widely in clinical practice. The treatment consists of inserting thin needles into specific acupuncture points along a particular meridian. It can be used to restore balance to physical and mental health and is especially applicable to the treatment of musculoskeletal and soft tissue injuries and to help conditions such as headaches, digestive disorders and mental health issues such as anxiety and stress.
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on therapy that is applied to the soft tissues related to the central nervous system. It can relieve pain and dysfunction as well as improve whole body health by releasing restrictions in the soft tissues and fluid that protect your brain and spinal cord. It allows the body to relax and self-correct and can be used to relieve a full spectrum of impairments including Migraines, Headaches, Chronic Neck and Back Pain and Chronic Fatigue.
He integrates the above treatments with visualisation and breath work techniques and also uses the mediums of singing, dancing and humming to coach people to help them improve their own health and to allow them drive on their own life.
