Being Free to Love

Integral Training for Earthly and Cosmic Lovers

27 Aug — 3 Sept    €450   Anilio Campus

This is a workshop about being free to love, becoming open to life to allow the juice of life to flow unimpeded by shoulds and oughts and beyond arbitrary conventions of how people are supposed to relate.

Forum practice for transparency

How can we design our life to be open and juicy? In our experience trust is the glue that keeps lovers together. Trust is created when the inner processes of all involved become transparent and open, and therefore understandable. When every person shares his or her deep motivations in the centre of a group, with the group's full attention, then trust, empowerment and love will grow.

As trust builds, the group becomes a safe space to share our deepest truths, our most intimate longings and to dare be ourselves and be seen. In that context of transparency and openness, we grow into our power to love. This is a growth that means to see and shape our own being, to take responsibility not just for ourselves but for others, our community and our world.

During the workshop sessions we will learn and experience practices and exercises—especially a process called Forum—that will raise our awareness, trust and transparency. Over the week we will grow together as a community and experience the healing power of a group of trusted people. Love is the flower that grows out of this soil!

The ZEGG Forum

ZEGG-Forum is an awareness and transparency training for groups from 10 to 35 participants. It is an artistic way of personal sharing; a stage for whatever is happening inside us. Here our true motivations, our deep feelings, longings, ideas and emotions become visible. This gentle focus on sharing, radical feedback and clarifying unsolved situations makes it an invaluable catalyst for ones own growth.

Forum was developed 30 years ago by the Meiga project (the forerunner of the ZEGG community) as a tool to create trust and transparency in committed communities. It integrates individual healing work within the process of building strong community.

The sessions this week will be aimed at supporting the growth of deep awareness and trust in the process of communal communication training. The week will offers you greater clarity, transparency and cohesion about your own and other's relationships. It will foster personal growth, empowerment and healing for individuals.

You are invited in this week to get to know the method of Forum and its underlying ideas/world view, train deep inner listening and awareness and heal relationships through transparency.
