Roman Hopfliinger

I am pleased to bring my experience and skill as an Integrated Drums-and rhythm pedagogue and a Taketina-Rhythm pedagogue to this workshop.
Trained in permaculture, curious about life, Human sentient being… I am these and many more. I grew up in nature in the countryside in Ebenau, an Austrian village near Salzburg. In 2001 I encountered Taketina-rhythm education for the first time.
This led to a totally new experience of the world of rhythm and music for me. My old habits of fighting with rhythm and the fear of making mistakes dissolved through Taketina. This created a new excitement for rhythm and for life and the confidence that I am carried through this in every part of my life. This natural knowledge or consciousness about rhythm exists in all of us – all we need to do is reawaken it and keep it alive.

For many years I have worked with groups up to 20 people or in one-to-
one settings. It is a big joy for me to accompany people in their
development and to witness how they grow in their potential.
