This week-long retreat is also a dear invitation to sisterhood. We’re all in this boat together. And I believe it’s a wonderful boat. It will be a heart-warming feminine week with fun, simplicity and play:
* Learning & repeating the Hormone Yoga set so you will go home knowing the entire set by heart
* Learning so much about hormones: what is their role in your body? How are they connected? Why do you have pms or period camps? What does the thyroid do? What is the effect of birth control? How does stress affect your hormones?
* Learning what you can do to keep your hormones balanced in daily life. We will take a look at food, skin care, stress management etc. Why it’s important to learn to relax your perineum. Why your belly is your ‘home’. How to improve breast health and much more.
* Meditating on our womb and female organs
* Nervous system regulation practices
* Breathing exercises to reduce stress
* Wisdom sharing circles
* Female embodiment practices: dancing, playing, singing…

What is Hormone Yoga?
