Immersive NVC Retreat with Movement and Dance

A unique experience to dance with life!

This week is designed to restore your wellbeing – to have space to be heard, without judgment – an opportunity to let go and be more fully you!

You’ll spend time with other people dedicated to learning and living NVC, exploring together how to create more meaningful connections in life.

You’ll connect to what really matters to you.

What to expect

We meet for morning NVC workshops at 9.30 am until lunch time.
You will have the opportunity to:
Practice empathic connection and honest expression.
Work with the NVC dance floor processes (created by Bridgette Belgrave and Gina
Lawrie)

Move and dance

You’ll explore the language your body speaks, deepening your relationship with
your inner witness through embodied awareness, dialogue dances, emotional
expression, and deep rest.
Afternoons invite relaxation and adventure — time to enjoy the beach, swim in the
sea, or wander through the nearby villages.
After dinner, you can join optional evening activities such as Authentic Movement
and Biodanza, offering playful and soulful ways to connect.

Location and accommodation

Our home for the week is Kalikalos Holistic Education Centre, nestled in Anilio,
Mt Pelion — a place steeped in myth and magic, surrounded by deep, lush forests,
small mountain villages, waterfalls, and crystal-clear beaches.

According to Greek legend, this sacred land was where the gods came to rest and
celebrate, and where the wise centaur Chiron once lived. More information here:

The centre offers a warm, communal “camp” atmosphere, with a choice of simple
yet comfortable accommodations.

Who is this event for?

This residential event is designed for those with some prior experience of
Nonviolent Communication who wish to integrate it more deeply through
embodiment and community. The programme is in English.

What does it cost?

The fee for the retreat includes all meals and accommodation. The price vary
depending on the type of room you choose. Travel and personal expenses are not
included. We recommend taking out travel insurance covering medical emergencies,
theft and cancellations.
